Everyone Has a Story—And So Do I

Everyone has a story, along with hopes and dreams. I have a deep connection to the strugglers and stragglers—the academic underdogs whose learning journeys haven’t followed a straight line. That connection comes from personal experience. I’ve worn the labels. I know what it’s like to have your potential questioned, your confidence shaken, and your effort misunderstood.

But a label is just one facet of a person—not the whole picture.

As an accomplished educational therapist, learning specialist, and academic coach, I’m uniquely positioned to support students and adults navigating academic and executive function challenges. I’ve been there. I’ve spun my wheels. I’ve failed, floundered, and figured it out.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients—from ninth graders to pre-med students—whose ADHD, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem interrupted their learning, productivity, or sense of self. Together, we made progress—and they thrived.

I listen closely to the stories my clients tell. With decades of training and real-world experience, I understand how those stories intersect with the day-to-day demands of a neurodivergent life.

My work is collaborative, strategic, and affirming. We tackle the root issues—executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, disorganization, motivation—and implement doable, meaningful changes. Whether it’s planning a week, finishing an essay, or managing overwhelm, each step builds lasting skills in executive function, study habits, and self-management.

Because this work isn’t just about getting through school—
It’s about helping you discover how to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose
